Artist’s Portrait At Mid-Life

This painting stated out as something completely different – a harbor scene with boats. However, I didn’t like they way it was turning out so I made some modifications and eventually felt very good about doing this somewhat chaotic image of myself as I appeared during mid-life – whenever that was.
